Seed Group and Bare Cove Technology forge a partnership to bring fund-grade IT and cybersecurity to the UAE

Dubai, UAE; Singapore—13 July 2026—Seed Group, a company of The Private Office of Sheikh Saeed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum, has partnered with Bare Cove Technology, a Singapore-based IT and cybersecurity firm that builds and runs technology, primarily for hedge funds and asset managers. The deal brings Bare Cove’s services to financial and regulated firms setting up and growing in Dubai and across the region.

Through the partnership, Seed Group will support Bare Cove’s entry into the UAE and introduce the firm to firms across the region, drawing on more than two decades in the local market. Bare Cove will run its managed IT and security services for funds based in Dubai, as it does for clients across Asia Pacific.

Bare Cove is an established provider of managed IT and cybersecurity to asset managers across Asia Pacific. The firm was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Singapore, with offices in Hong Kong, Australia, the UK, and the UAE. It runs fully managed, cloud-based IT for its clients with round-the-clock support, and handles security through penetration testing, vulnerability assessments and phishing simulations carried out by its own ethical hackers.

Bare Cove also provides virtual CTO and CISO advisory, and builds software that automates the repetitive parts of a fund’s daily operations, from reconciliations to reporting and trade workflows. Its clients are primarily hedge funds and asset managers, a group that holds sensitive data and works to a security standard set by their investors and regulators.
