The 35th edition of the World AI Show & Awards shines a spotlight on AI’s contribution across industries

The event brought together leaders, entrepreneurs, and enthusiasts while also crowning the winner of the finals of the Startup World Cup.

The 35th edition of the much-awaited World AI Show & Awards, held under the aegis of the Private Office of Sheikh Saeed Bin Ahmed Al Maktoum, concluded successfully by highlighting the role and importance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across industries.

The show, attended by Hisham Al Gurg, the CEO of The Private Office of Sheikh Saeed Bin Ahmed Al Maktoum and Seed Group, along with members of the management and senior executives, brought together the most powerful voices in the global AI and robotic process automation (RPA) space as the biggest gatherings of elite global AI, RPA leaders and enthusiasts.

The longest-running event in artificial intelligence also crowned the UAE-based Affinsys as the winner of the finals of the Startup World Cup. Affinsys is a startup running AI solutions for banks, telecoms, and insurance companies. For the Startup World Cup, a pitch competition by Pegasus Tech Ventures, the winner will be flown to San Francisco to compete for a chance to earn a USD 1,000,000 investment award. For the Startup World Cup, Hisham Al Gurg, the CEO of The Private Office of Sheikh Saeed Bin Ahmed Al Maktoum, was one of the jury members.

It also saw the launch of the inaugural World AI Awards, which acknowledged excellence, hard work, and achievement of organisations that exemplify the use of emerging technologies.
