Partner of Seed Group, a company of the Private Office of Sheikh Saeed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum, Poland-based conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform SentiOne, has joined hands with e& enterprise, one of the biggest technological conglomerates in MENA to offer Omni Channel Conversational AI, sentiment analysis and social listening solutions to government institutions and enterprises in the UAE and MENA.
The partnership seeks to bring customer service automation powered by artificial intelligence algorithms to the MENA region. Signed on the 24th of August 2022, the agreement will start in the UAE and plans to expand further into 16 markets where e& Group operates.
The main aim of the collaboration will be to equip e& enterprise business customers with the state-of-the-art omnichannel conversational AI platform — SentiOne Automate — to build custom automation solutions based on SentiOne’s chatbot, voice-bot, and automated messaging platform. Such solutions will allow businesses in the UAE and the region to automate their processes by up to 50%, reduce costs, increase ROI, and increase customer satisfaction by providing round-the-clock, high-quality customer service.
This partnership was facilitated by Seed Group, SentiOne’s business partner in the MENA region, a company of the Private Office of Sheikh Saeed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum. Both companies signed a partnership agreement on the 8th of June 2021 that aimed to boost AI adoption in the UAE.
Since the partnership in June 2021, Seed Group has assisted SentiOne in connecting with the right audience, finding new potential customers, accessing top decision-makers in the government as well as private sectors, and marketing their AI-based technologies and services effectively in the region.
