We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales Objectives: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective B2B sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored, value-based solutions.
  • Value-Based Selling: Apply advanced value-based and solution selling techniques to align our offerings with client objectives and enhance business outcomes.
  • Demand Generation Experience: Utilize proven demand generation techniques to drive lead acquisition and build a robust sales pipeline, applying effective outreach methods and strategies to increase lead quality and boost sales opportunities.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to drive lead generation, refine sales strategies, and achieve superior results.
  • Market Insights: Provide actionable feedback and market intelligence to the management team to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • B2B Sales Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of UAE experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Value-Based and Solution Selling: Proven expertise in value-based and solution-oriented selling approaches.
  • Sales Proficiency:  Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations, consistently meet targets, and maintain a positive outlook.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong capacity for building and sustaining client relationships.
  • Team Integration: Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to collective goals and collaborating on strategic initiatives.
  • Interpersonal Skills: An extroverted and proactive personality with strong interpersonal skills conducive to client engagement and team dynamics.
  • Market Knowledge: Experience or knowledge of markets outside the UAE is considered advantageous.
