Since 2017, the MDXB program has proven impactful globally, having launched over 170 start-ups, created 800 jobs, and generated $1 billion in valuations.

MDXB supports start-ups at their earliest stages, concentrating on areas such as sustainability, urban environments, construction, mobility, supply chain logistics, and resource efficiency. The program includes:

• Four intensive two-day workshops and courses delivered by MIT faculty and staff, in partnership with industry partners like Henkel and Schneider Electric.
• Access to dedicated, immersive, and high-tech workspaces for participants.
• Collaboration with MIT student interns who work closely with start-ups to refine their business models.
• An opportunity on January 30, 2025, for participating start-ups to pitch their innovation models and overall progress to investors, stakeholders, and industry leaders.

Additionally, five teams will receive free business and office set-ups at Silicon Oasis, with more than AED 100,000 in prizes awarded to outstanding ventures.
