This pioneering initiative, announced by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, underscores Dubai’s proactive approach to embracing emerging technologies and harnessing their transformative potential to fuel economic well-being and societal prosperity. This yearly plan, which aims to utilise the potential of technology to achieve quality-of-life-focused outcomes, speaks volumes about the seriousness of our leadership.

Lately, by leveraging the true potential of AI, we have been able to address some of the most pressing societal challenges, including healthcare, education, and environmental sustainability. By applying AI technologies to healthcare, for example, economies can improve patient outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and enhance access to quality care for all segments of the population.
