As a Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to proactively generate demand, identify potential leads, and nurture them through the sales pipeline. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategies for effective lead generation and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Demand Generation: Develop, implement, and manage demand generation strategies aligned with the company’s sales and marketing goals.
- Lead Identification: Utilise a variety of sources to identify and research potential leads, including industry databases, professional networks, and other channels.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria of our ideal customer profile.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
- Outreach and Engagement: Initiate meaningful contact with qualified leads through various means.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and optimise lead generation campaigns, including webinars, content marketing, and social media initiatives.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and conversions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales and demand generation, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and demand generation tools
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic
- Experience in a technology environment and familiarity with emerging technologies are pluses
- Familiarity with sales techniques, negotiation, and customer relationship management
- Arabic speaker preferable
